Osei
A military swordsman who has a fated destiny with a sword who partly takes control of him.
He trained in the military as a n officer but he was mocked and laughed at because he preferred using a Japanese katana as his main weapon of choice. people became jealous of him as he proved his skill.
This jealousy led to someone framing him on a mission which destroyed career and people also killed his family because of it. the events of maahes touching the sword will change the course of history forever.
He is in a constant mental battle to maintain his sanity due to the sword influence.
Personality
At the beginning maahes is a closed book who doesn’t like to mix his words or have general chit chat with anyone as he has difficulty trusting people.
This has made him very cautious and becomes skeptical of anyone he engages with. Although as he travels with his companions he slowly opens up to them but has disregarded the concept of ‘friends’ due to past experiences.
Hobbies
Meditation, improving sword skills, saving people, traveling/learning about the world, taking on dangerous jobs
Makhanda
A young man who gets thrown several hundred years into the future by a portal. He appears in the present day of a whole new world.
He comes from a long line of spear users tribe called the Xhusa, he is a talented spear user who is a rising star in his village.
The events that take place when he meets maahes sets him on a long journey to discover who he is and his purpose.
Personality
Shu is usually cheerful with an upbeat personality. He believes in being a hero and wants to help make the world a better place.
Although when he does get upset he becomes almost insane and loses all control in himself. Some would call it a ‘schizophrenic’ personality, this is due to a traumatic childhood where one of his relatives died in a horrific way.
Hobbies
trying out new food, buying stylish clothes, flirting with women, learning about the world.
Amina
Amina starts off as a villager who is in dire need of being saved by a large troll monster. Maahes and Shu save her and she follows them to get revenge.
After avenging her family she decides to go on her own journey after maahess and Shu leave her village. The events that take place after this change her life for good.
Personality
Amina has a very caring nature and is good at understanding people’s emotional well-being.
She supports both maahes and shu to get along with each other while traveling with them, she also has an insightful nature and is able to say the right things when our warriors are going through tough times.
She is also inquisitive and gains knowledge of her situations and surroundings quite quickly, this helps her make up for the lack of special powers or divine weapons.

Tiye
A young talented wizard who is in search of her brother. She comes from a long line of magicians who support major affairs in history. She joins our heroes when they enter a strange town and helps them to solve a mystery.
Personality
She is cheerful but cheeky and has an innocent side to her but also can act innocent to get what she wants. She can be charming and supportive to the other heroes and she’s usually the one to figure out solutions for problems they face.
Hobbies
Researching, buying new books, going on adventures.
Makeda
An ex military officer who worked under the same division as Osei as a Soldier. After Osei’s sentence she protested against it many times in the court, however no one took her seriously. When she threatened to tell the U.S government however, the military leaders decided to brainwash her and use her as an experimental super soldier for their dirty work.
She is an assassin who is initially assigned the task of killing Osei.
After failing on a couple of occasions she then begins to doubt whether killing him is the right thing to do. She also starts to question who she works for and eventually remembers her days spent with Osei in the military and becomes an ally of the heroes.
a relationship also forms between herself and maahes in the future.
Personality
She has a stoic and strict personality. She grew up never questioning any of the situations she was in and had the utmost respect for her superiors as she was naive and she did not understand the meaning of being skeptical.
It took her a long time to realise she was being used and eventually came to this conclusion after befriending Osei.
Hobbies
training body and spirit, following orders, eating (being a bit of a foodie).
